Nidhi (Mahajan) Bhardwaj

Nidhi (Mahajan) Bhardwaj is a senior project manager in the Portfolio Strategy and Integration Department of Bristol Myer Squibb in the New York City metropolitan area.
After earning her master’s degree in Material Science and Engineering at UCF, she started her career at the biotechnology industry giant Amgen in 2005.
Since then she was working with increasing responsibilities in a variety of companies and industries (biotech, pharmaceutical, generic, contract research organization, consumer healthcare); and in various drug development departments that include pre-formulation, formulation analytics, process transfer, project management, portfolio management, and commercialization.
She completed her UCF master’s degree program with nine publications in high-impact factor journals to her credit, including work highlighted in PNAS (Proceedings of the National Academy of Science) news.
Nidhi has since published scientific papers in reputed journals and presented numerous times in multiple industry conferences, including the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, American Chemical Society, Pittcon, and more.
Nidhi owns the pharmaceutical consulting firm, Ahaansa Pharma; and also owns a Montessori preschool, inspired by the need of working parents.
