Sudipta Seal, Ph.D., was recently interviewed by the Office of Technology Transfer on his journey to embracing research and entrepreneurship through academia and industry.

The interview walks through Seal’s creation of two business startups, nSolgel and NanoCE, the inventions and funding that led to those businesses, and the support needed to make startups a success. It speaks to a constant evolution of work and research and grasping opportunities in the field when they present themselves.

The interview also touches on the importance of collaboration with organizations in the field. A few organizations touched on were the UCF Business Incubator, the Florida High Tech Corridor, and the UCF Office of Research and Commercialization.
