Research

Lei Research Group focuses on developing new electronic, optoelectronic, and quantum devices for applications in biomedicine, microelectronics and sensing systems. The research interests include:

  • Surface/interfacial physics and chemistry of low-dimensional materials
  • Advanced manufacturing and large-scale integration of microelectronics based on low-dimensional materials
  • Organic-inorganic hybrid structures and soft electronics for biomedical applications
