Our research group members including PI, research scientists, graduate students and undergraduate students engage in a variety of activities to enhance mission of professional societies, educate general public in science and technology, and motivate the next generation of scientists and engineers, both locally and globally.

While these are “service” and “voluntary” activities that contribute to the knowledge dissemination, we learn a great deal about how to “engage” with people with diverse background. These engagement activities are carefully designed and approached as a great training tool for professional development of ourselves.
