Farewell to Dr. Abhishek Mehta who earned Ph.D. in MSE (2019) under my supervision, and continued to work with me as a post-doc until last week. He will be moving onto INTEL Corp as a Packaging Research and Development Engineer – a dream he had as an incoming doctoral student. He is one of the best physical metallurgists I have ever worked with, and has expertise ranging from interconnects, high entropy alloys, to nuclear fuels. Best wishes for his career !!!
